BHOP & Eatsville

Welcome to BHOP & Eatsville, a vibrant addition to the culinary landscape of Ballymena, Northern Ireland. Nestled at 28 Queen Street, this eatery invites you to embark on a casual dining experience filled with hearty meals at reasonable prices. From lunch boxes to traditional staples, BHOP & Eatsville offers a diverse menu that caters to every palate, whether you're in the mood for juicy burgers or comforting chicken dishes.

The menu is a treasure trove of flavors. You can savor the robust New Rodeo Burger, featuring two beef patties, cheese, crispy bacon, and an onion ring drizzled with BBQ sauce, all for just £7.95. Alternatively, the New Pepper Steak Burger delivers a delightful kick with a pepper sauce that enhances the richness of the beef. At £8.50, the Sliced Chicken Meal comes with peas and your choice of gravy or curry, promising a soothing, indulgent experience.

However, the reputation of BHOP & Eatsville has faced its share of criticisms. Some customers have voiced their dissatisfaction, citing experiences of subpar quality and lackluster freshness in their meals. One review lamented the pre-cooked nature of the dishes, accusing the establishment of relying too heavily on frozen goods. This criticism raises questions about the consistency in meal preparation and freshness, which any thriving eatery must address.

Despite these challenges, BHOP & Eatsville remains committed to serving diverse options. From the kid-friendly Kid's Goujons for just £5.90 to the laid-back charm of traditional chip dishes, there's something for everyone. The enticing Christmas Chip Chips, layered with turkey and ham, evoke a warm, festive feeling, while the Sizzler Spice Box adds a spicy kick for those daring enough to try.

Overall, BHOP & Eatsville presents a mixed bag of culinary delights and challenges. While the offerings may not always meet the expected quality standards, the variety on the menu is certainly appealing. If you decide to visit, you might uncover a gem among their selections or find an option that piques your interest.

I can honestly say I've never ate out of any chippy on this island where the food was even a fraction as bad as this stuff it's all I can call it as it wasn't fish and the chips I'm sure would've been nice when there where cut maybe a week ago. You pay for decent food it should be a given you get good food but no not here. And if you do go for something to eat here and you see for yourself how bad it is pointless complaining as the man behind the counter with a serious attitude problem will just get on like a Duffus thinking he's rocky (even with kids there) and the young girls working there just laughing. Just don't go near plenty other decent places to eat in the town.

Should have known when the menu is listed in meals!!!Ordered the chicken goujon meal. Better off going to Iceland as they are better quality!Pre bought, pre cooked, frozen, over seasoned, hard and as dry as the Sahara. You would expect a chip shop to make their own goujons.Chips were OK and not big portions.Definitely not be back.

I ordered for delivery a chicken kabab which was cut up chicken nuggets on a bed of cold chips an old salad, the kabab sauce was missing, a curry chip which had very little curry sauce an was cold and a fish that was millimeters thick tastless and cold. Not what you'd expect for the price of it all. I rang up to let them know the sauce for the kabab was missing and they had it delivered by which time the already cold chicken nugget kabab was inedible. They offered a £ credit but it's very unlikely I'll use.Best avoided I reckon.
